The benefits of this product are:
It's metal so easy to clean, warm up or make cold for 'punishments'. It sits quiet well once it settles, and doesn't push in too far.
I have actually forgotten I've inserted it, and gone to move, before realizing, which was a fairly interesting feeling, but didn't seem to do a lot of damage, if any.
The drawbacks of this product are:
It has gotten to the point of sitting too snuggly in that it hurts slightly to remove, or it's awkward to remove. Other times it doesn't stay in and keeps sliding out.
