This device fits snugly around the shaft and balls and whilst i find this size not to be to restrictive but just enough that i can use it for extended marathon sessions without it causing undue discomfort. Good for long marathon sessions where stamina is needed and reliable performance is needed for extended periods oif sex. Often i will start of with a tighter fitting version and then switch to this larger version after the intensity has subsided and the need for extended sexual stamina is needed ....
