This device is worth the money. Easy to remove from the housing for cleaning and drying, and easy to put back in afterwards. The airvent on the top took a little bit to get used to, but works quite well. The drying stand doesn't seem to work quite as well as it could, but does stop the drips from creating a mess on whatever surface you leave it on. The twisting action gives great control over the pressure. Easy to clean, and holds up well to regular use. I've just purchased two other variants of the flex because of how good this one is.

So, the delivery was delayed - given that storms closed flights that is beyond their control. The following communication however was clear, helpful and gave me the choice of how to proceed. Sometimes things beyond our control go wrong, but clear communication helped. Would shop again - possibly not when a storm is rolling in to Wellington though.
