When it comes to using toys on myself, reassurance around cleanliness became pretty obvious and needed something to clean me out. I was drawn to this because the water is dispersed sideways rather than upwards, which prevents water going up to high, and the holes are protected from scratching you with the raised ridges. The insertion is wider than expected but with some lubricant and the right angle, works great. Also, this holds enough water, which I wasn't expecting from the photo. Recommended!
