When it arrived the box was damaged.
After turning it on, it was some of the weakest vibrations I've ever seen.
I replaced the batteries (which was not a AAA but the button cell batteries) And it was still pathetic. I threw it in the bin after an hour.
Do not buy.

So, the delivery was delayed - given that storms closed flights that is beyond their control. The following communication however was clear, helpful and gave me the choice of how to proceed. Sometimes things beyond our control go wrong, but clear communication helped. Would shop again - possibly not when a storm is rolling in to Wellington though.
