This toy is better than the price would indicate. The bulges step up in size nicely and feel great on entry. The widest is 7.25" in circumference. The gradual steps are great for dilation before moving to bigger toys. Due to the way this is shaped it won't likely stay in on it's own. Best to either use it for dilation - it is great for funcking in and out on - or stay seated to enjoy.
