it has different speeds and modes, the button to change them can be annoying to use if your hand is slippery. The shape of the top is not really much to write home about, it doesn't do anything particularly fantastic. the charging connector is annoying, as it can come un-stuck if the device moves at all. You can get cheaper vibrators that do the same thing.
