It may be pricey but I can't recommend the womanizer enough. It is really quiet (by comparison to other toys even the highest setting is low in volume). The shape makes it perfect for solo play or receiver control (if you want it, control it). Due to the size and shape, it can be used along with intercourse without getting in the way.
