Didn't know what to expect buy these didn't do anything for me. No weight to them and you can hear them while wearing them.

Was amazed at how using these got my juices flowing. Improved my kegels a go to item in toy box everyone woman should have some.
Couldn't get to try these....
Unfortunately, these were just too big for me. Googled it, and apparently I need 2.5 and not 3.5.Also very noisy.
