This is a really badly designed vibrator. The motor is at the base so is too far away from the body of it, to have much affect there. Even if you position the base directly on you, it is not powerful enough to let you have any fun. It's also quite loud, which was disappointing as it claims to be quiet. I found it really ineffective and won't be continuing to use it. I've had a better time with a $10 bullet. I definitely don't recommend.
