It works well, it just could be better.
The suction and vibrations is a great feeling that can really do the job.
It's the automatic feature that could be better. I never really felt like it was doing too much and my partner pretty much had to hold it and guide it while it was going.
The sleeve or whatever it's called can be removed for cleaning which makes things easy. But we found it just as good using the sleeve while detached and keeping the vibrating bullets attached.
As for the noise it makes, I dont know who would use it but it definitely needs a better volume control. We turned it on and are pretty sure the neighbours could hear it the moment it turned on with the noise that we turned off immediately and havent used since.
So it's alright, but I would try something else unless you know what you want.
