The position aid attached around the thighs, and connects the thigh cuffs with a strap that goes behind the neck. This is a super hot product. Great fun to use but the strap broke on the second use. My wife’s size is normally small so it wasn’t supporting much weight either. Just cheap pleather. Can’t recommend. Was replaced quickly though by the ATMS team 😊
