Nice product that's quiet and discreet. The motor isn't especially powerful, so it's more gentle than intense, but that may suit some people. Style wise it was very appealing but the actual toy was disappointing. Not particularly strong vibrations and sometimes wouldn't turn off properly. The benefits of this product are that it is not obviously a vibrator. I don't use.

The main appeal of this toy is definitely the novelty and it's pretty kinky being able to take it out in front of people and them not knowing what it really is! Bonus for having it among your actual lipsticks.
As for actually using it, there are better options and it's a bit worse than a standard bullet vibe. Vibration power is decent but because of the design and how the vibrator is shaped it can be quite difficult to get the vibrations in the right place.
