I really like the 'vulvas' and 'penises' headings, rather than using gendered terms. The service has been great. Only small issue is that when I tried searching for an order in my email, I couldn't find it because it didn't contain the actual words of the thing I ordered (ie, dong, or dildo). It was a bit too discrete.
