Having found shorter urethral inserts a bit dissapointing I bought the Corkscrew to see if greater length and weight did the trick. It did! The ripples along the shaft are great and there is little tendancy for the plug to eject itself even when stroking the penis with the plug installed. Only drawback is that it is necessary to remove the plug for a satisfactory ejaculation and the handlebars are probably unnecessary. You cant really lose a plug in the male urethra even if it goes out of sight so limiting devices at the top are not essential in my view.

OK - so this was a first time experiment purchase. I have to say that it has exceeded my expectations. At first I was worried it would be too big in diameter but not the case.
