I'm a trans dude and this works great as a packer for me, creates a realistic bulge consistent with my overall size. I'm very impressed with the detail of this product, it looks and feels quite realistic. It's nice and soft and squishy. My only complaint is that the material that this is made from is the worst for lint collecting. My packer is constantly getting covered in lint and fluff and I have to clean it, this is it's biggest downfall in my opinion; but if you're not a lazy shit like me maybe you'll look after yours better than I have! It pays to have some sort of makeshift harness of some description to keep it in place - otherwise it can get quite uncomfortable and not stay in place.
