How to use the Amore Remote Kegel Balls:

Before use, apply your favourite water-based lubricant to the kegel Ball and vulva. Once well lubricated, gently insert the kegel ball into the vagina with the retrieval cord remaining outside for easy removal. The muscles will automatically clench around the kegel Ball.
