It’s a bit difficult to position accurately as the cup is small and your anatomy may not be, but it’s okay once it’s in position. Personally didn’t see the greatest difference (and haven’t in subsequent attempts) but the sensation is actually pretty good. The vibe is super solid and it’s nice to be able to use it separately.
The major draw back, and dare I say issue, is that any kind of liquid/moisture will be sucked into it and next time you use it, will come back out into your hand which actually is pretty gross.

Pump is controlled separate to vibrate and both have many levels, it can be challenging to get it in the right spot, what works best is turn on the vibrate and place in spot before turning on suction.
