Small and compact, Has some ribbing at the base which when fully in which gives great powerful vibrations.
The easy turning dial makes the vibrations stronger or softer with a simple twist without having to cycle through different patterns.

The Neon Luv Touch Wave has a speed adjusting dial on the bottom. The slower speeds are a lot quieter and more discreet than the loud ones. A good beginner entry-level toy, but lacking the seriously strong vibrations I was looking for. However, it's a good shape and size, so if you're just trying toys out for the first time, I'd recommend this.
