These are really nice and heavy and made from premium silicone. The luxury feel just adds to the pleasure. They're a good size and I'd call them medium, they fill you up nicely. You can use these and they will improve basically any activity you're doing... Using these during sex is amazing they move around a bit and because they're heavy you can feel the weight pressing up in all the right spots, just make sure you use a bit more lube than you'd expect.
