This cock ring has been very good in my experience. It's stretchy enough that you can get your penis through easily, but not so stretchy that it doesn't do the job. I do have some issues with getting my testicles through the second hole, but that could be a skill issue on my part since I'm still new to using them.
A potential drawback could be that if you're a bit on the smaller side it may not be restrictive enough due to it being stretchy, but I'm not sure since I'm average/slightly above average sized.
I'd definitely recommend it though, it's quite nice.

Might be better suited to a more girthy unit, as in above average size.
Main drawback is it's not quite tight enough around the testes and they can pop through as the movements down there get more "dynamic"
The rings are also very thick, do if you're average size or smaller it kinda makes everything look smaller than it actually is.
That does make it fast easier to put on and take off, which might appeal to some who don't enjoy a sudden elastic band snap on the plums.
Another positive is because it's not overly tight you can wear it a bit longer.
