This rope is super high quality, versatile and soft on the skin. The 5m variant is a good length for basic ties and cuffs, and a smaller person could do a reasonable basic harness. As a plus size person myself I found I would need just a bit more rope to tie the harnesses I had in mind. So if you're bigger and or want to do something fairly complicated I'd recommend a longer rope.
This rope is great for beginners and I'm super happy with it.
