First mybad, it is only one speed. Also it is not as quiet as could be, but quite powerful vibration/ speed so yeah it was decent.
Also I suspect I accidentally got water on the inside of bullet when cleaning. Be careful if you're using warm water/soap. I tried soaking water droplets with a q tip but still refused to work for me afterwards. But that was my error.
It's adequate with a decent vibration but a 3 speed would be a better idea. 3/5

I underestimated how small this was. Definitely puts out a lot of vibration for its size. Some different speeds would be good.
I think i prefer a bigger contact surface area. This one is approximately 1cm width.
Made of nice smooth material though. Will have to give it a go in the shower.
