How to use the Amore Kegel Trainer and Remote:
Liberally lubricate your vagina with your favourite water-based lubricant before slowly inserting the Kegel Ball making sure to not insert the retrieval chord. Power on the Kegel trainer by holding down the ‘on’ button found of the base. You can cycle through the nine vibrations by either clicking the vibration button on the Kegel trainer or by using the vibration button on the vibrating remote.
To control the Kegel Trainer and the vibrating remote’s vibrations at the same time, first power on the Kegel Trainer. Next power on the vibrating remote. To change the Kegel Trainer vibration, use quick clicks on the vibration button on the vibrating remote. To control the vibrations of the vibrating remote, hold down the vibration button for 3 seconds.
