I’ve only ever bought items online, but receive Thankyou notes and handwritten who packed the items which I find lovely. Gives a sense of contact like you’d get from in store purchases. Their products are fantastic and at a reasonable cost.

The product is good, 2 problems I have though... 1) your site does not show size dimensions for your products. 2) I paid for signature required for this item only for the courier to leave it at my door without my signature facing a busy street where anyone could have taken it, it's all on cctv.
