Very happy with my purchase.
I didn’t read the information properly and ordered the wrong item. Although it’s similar and does the job well.
If this was my intended order then I’d be very happy.

Items ordered/received were as expected, though one was missing. When I advised the team I was told I was wrong. Fortunately, it was an inexpensive item, but as this customer service experience has left a bad taste in my mouth I will not be a repeat customer.

Selection of products really good. Navigation of the site has room for improvement. Paid for Express and it arrived after a week, DHL/Customs I think was a problem as it came from NZ (didn't realise when purchasing). Products arrived as described, very good overall.

Excellent, promptly service each time I've ordered something, website looks great, and is easy to navigate.
Could try and get more trans products, like torsos etc, but awesome collection of toys etc. 10/10!

Express Delivery of one item took a week longer due to a bad address yet was the same exact address of the other item which recived after 2 days. Probably DHL issue more than ATMS
