it does relax the sphincter however it feels a bit spicy at 1st but that sensation goes away after a short time I recommend this product but be prepared for a hot butt for a second, it’s great because it’s not a numbing agent so you can slow or stop wen it’s a bit much all round good product from packaging to application

This product is great!! Benefits of this product is for sure that you get a little more relaxed in the back door. The drawbacks would be having a bit of a cool tingling feeling as it slightly numbs you. Although I still love this product!!! I didnt like the result from this product. I found that it was more of a burning sensation instead of warming. My partner at the time use this product also and didn't feel anything. So I guess it would depend on the person
