Prague's Sex Machines Museum is the only museum in the world dedicated to sex toys and machines, and it promises a very unique viewing experience...

The museum contains more than 300 exhibits which consist of historic sex toys. Some will make you laugh, some will make you cry, and some will leave you thinking what on earth is going on here...

Tucked away down a cobbled alleyway, two minutes from Prague's Old Town Square, the museum is the first, and indeed, the only one of its kind.

The museum's official blurb said: "The collection of objects from the whole world is designed to guide the visitor in an ironic and intelligent manner, permitting them to move through the curiosity, history and perversion of human sexuality."

Inside is a dazzling array of sex toys and fetish equipment, some dating from as far back as the 16th century. The incredible collection includes all manner of instruments aimed at stimulating "penile, scrotal, anal, vaginal and clitoral tissue".

The collection of objects from the whole world is the result of research that began several years ago, conducted by the owner Oriano Bizzocchi, designed to guide the visitor in an ironic and intelligent manner, permitting them to move through the curiosity, history and perversion of human sexuality.

The erotic scene has an actual encounter with obsolete anti-masturbation equipment, corsets as well as quaint and modern sex machines.

You can visit three floors in a historic 17th-century building in the center of the city of Prague with a total area of 600 m2. The erotic establishment is dedicated to all manner of deviant devices from the past, with X-rated exhibitions laying bare the risque antics of days gone by.

"Lipstick" red was chosen for the walls of the museum, adding a replica of an old cinema dedicated to the screening of erotic black and white films of the early 20th century, a room with adult toys with old stimulation instruments as well as disturbing and exciting installations.
